Managed 3+ year multi-faceted marketing partnership with outdoor drag queen Pattie Gonia.
Launched 3 national campaigns, oversaw scripting & creative, aligned vision with North Face executive team, hired and oversaw video production agency.
Identified and forged partnerships with 70+ non-profits and social influencers to multiply impact and drive mission.
IMPACT: 500K+ likes and 6M+ total reach for combined campaigns. Top 3 highest engagement content for North Face channels. Widespread national press applauding of North Face alignment with queer community
THE OUTDOORIST OATH
Launched The Outdoorist Oath non-profit
Led original ideation sessions with founders to develop the vision and mission.
Oversaw creation of website and wrote curriculum for online training program.
Orchestrated pilot program and social media launch with 55 social influencers, with 20M+ combined reach.
IMPACT: Within two months we built community of 32K social followers with more than 2K completing our online training.
EVERYWHERE IS QUEER
Launched expansion of international queer community directory
Hosted focus-groups and led customer discovery with 23 experts to identify needs in queer community.
Developed strategy and conducted outreach to seed directory with 147 queer-serving community groups prior to launch
IMPACT: 800+ new businesses to date, spanning 50 states and 6 continents, successful launch campaign with 1M+ views
Outwild Hub
Built infrastructure and launch plan for an online global community of 2k+ outdoor enthusiasts.
Researched and identified the best online platform to fit community needs.
Developed and customized Mighty Networks to launch with dedicated forums and group leaders for each forum.
IMPACT: Led to 2000+ members in the first 2 months.
